This policy describes what allcalcul.com actually does with personal data today, in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
In short
- There are no user accounts for now.
- Your calculations run in your browser or app and are not sent anywhere.
- The site uses no cookies and no analytics for now.
- We keep data only if you write to us or ask to be told when a calculator is available.
- We do not sell your data.
Who is responsible
The site is operated under the name allcalcul.com. For any question or request about your data, write to contact@allcalcul.com. Information about the publisher is in the Legal notice.
The calculators
The values you enter in a calculator are processed only in your browser or in the app. They are not sent to our servers and we do not store them.
The contact form
When you write to us with the contact form, we store your name, your email address, your message, the language of the page and the date. This data is used only to answer you. It is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud (Cloud SQL).
Retention: messages are kept as long as needed to answer you, then deleted, and at the latest 12 months after we receive them.
The “notify me” form
If you ask to be told when a calculator is available, we store your email address, the calculator concerned, the language of the page and the date. This data is used only to send you that notice. It is stored in the same PostgreSQL database on Google Cloud (Cloud SQL) and kept as long as needed to send it. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Receipt by email
If you ask for a calculation receipt by email, your address is used only for that single send. We do not store it, add it to any mailing list or use it for anything else. The message is sent through the Namecheap Private Email service (SMTP server mail.privateemail.com), which processes it to deliver it to your mailbox under its own rules. The message contains the result of the calculation you asked for.
Location (prayer times and Qibla)
The prayer times and Qibla tools can use your device location, only after you tap the button provided and accept the permission request of your browser or system. The position is processed in the browser or app to do the calculation. It is never sent to our servers or stored. You can also type a city or coordinates yourself.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. As with any online service, the load balancer logs include your IP address, the date and the page requested. They are used for security and for running the service (detecting abuse, diagnosing failures) and are not used to track or profile you.
Fonts and third-party services
Fonts are bundled with the site and served from our own hosting: your browser does not contact a third-party font service. Today the site loads no analytics, advertising or social network scripts.
Mobile apps
The Android and iOS apps, built with Capacitor, show the same content as the site and follow the same policy. If you use location, your system permission applies and the position stays on your device.
Advertising
The site may show advertising, for example with Google AdSense. Advertising services may use cookies and similar technologies, but only after you give your consent through the consent banner. No such advertising is active today. We will update this policy and the Cookie Policy before ads start, naming the services involved. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is not sold. It is accessible to the site publisher and to the technical providers that are strictly necessary: Google Cloud for hosting and the database, and Namecheap for sending the receipt email. These providers’ servers may be outside Morocco. We take care that this processing meets the conditions of Law 09-08, in particular for transfers abroad.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the site;
- access to the database limited to the people and services that need it;
- limits on the number of requests sent to the forms to reduce abuse;
- collection limited to what is necessary and deletion of data that is no longer needed.
No system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete the data about you. To exercise them, write to contact@allcalcul.com and give the email address you used so that we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
Children
The site is aimed at a general audience and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, in particular when the site adds a feature that uses data or when advertising starts. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
